Our Services

We believe that mental‑health awareness and education should be normalised, stigma should be eradicated and that everyone deserves professional support as and when it is needed. Through our friendly, empathetic approach, we aim to provide a safe space where you can explore your emotions without judgment and begin to reconnect with yourself and others.

Therapy for Individuals and Couples

Talking therapy with Try Talking offers friendly and empathetic therapists, supporting adults, young people and couples to build and maintain healthy mental health. We work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self‑worth, confidence issues or feelings of being overwhelmed, helping you to build resilience and cope with life’s day‑to‑day challenges. Working with couple to rebuild connection, establish healthy communication and resolve areas of concern. We also work with children and young people who have experienced significant change or loss or are struggling to express their emotions or manage anger.

Psycho‑Education and Workshops

Try Talking offers a range of psycho‑educational workshops for ages 11+ that help people develop the self‑awareness needed to build and maintain resilience. Working closely with partners, we design and deliver workshops tailored to specific needs – from introductions to mental health, identity and resilience, to specialist topics like sporting transitions, such as retirement and injury.

Partnerships for Organisations

We connect with sporting organisations, educational environments and businesses to provide mental‑health support through clinics, bespoke workshops and online content/curricula. Our partnership services can include policy and strategy development, training needs analysis, group therapy sessions and specialist programmes.

Whether you are reaching out for yourself or on behalf of someone you care about, we are here to listen and support you.
